How it works
There are two separate games, each with its own leaderboards: the weekly pick’em all season, and the Bracket Challenge for the playoffs. Sign in with X or email to play either one.
Weekly pick’em
- Pick the winner of each game. Change your picks anytime until that game kicks off; each game locks at its own kickoff. All times are Central.
- 1 point for every correct pick.
- Featured: each regular-season week, the 10–12 biggest D2 games are chosen for you (ranked matchups, rivalries, conference stakes). These count for the Featured leaderboard.
- Pick ’em ALL: pick every D2 game that week for the Pick ’em ALL leaderboard. Featured games count on both.
- Playoffs: during the NCAA Division II playoffs, each week is one list of every playoff game, with its own weekly leaderboard, and the Playoffs leaderboard adds up all the rounds.
- Tiebreaker: each week, guess the total points in the week’s biggest game (the title game in the final week). Closest guess wins ties, then fewest losses. If that game is canceled or postponed, the tiebreaker moves to the next biggest game that hasn’t started; if none is left, ties go to fewest losses.
- Season totals: the Regular Season leaderboard adds up the regular-season weeks; the Playoffs leaderboard adds up the playoff rounds. They are kept apart so the playoffs are a fresh start.
- Canceled or postponed games don’t count. Scores update automatically, usually within a few minutes of the final.
Bracket Challenge
- Once the NCAA announces the 32-team field, fill out a bracket on the Playoff Bracket page: every First Round, Second Round and Regional Final game, then your two finalists and your champion.
- Brackets lock at first-round kickoff. Your bracket saves as you go and stays hidden from others until then.
- Points per correct pick: First Round 1, Second Round 2, Regional Final 4, each finalist 8, champion 16 (80 possible).
- The four regional champions are reseeded for the semifinals, so you pick the two finalists instead of the semifinal games.
- The Bracket Challenge has its own leaderboard, ranked by points, then the most points still possible. It doesn’t change your weekly pick’em record.
